A privately owned park consisting of almost fifty acres that is heavily forested on the very limits of the city of Yeovil. A lake is hidden somewhere within its dense foilage, along with a river that winds through it and out again. It is abundant in wildlife and large game animals as well. No machine has ever touched its wild depths, and it never will. Signs are posted and warnings are made clear that people are to stay well clear of it unless by personal invitation.

The estate is a sprawling complex built right up against the cityward border of Clovis Park and is Colby's own home and the secondary home of the Streak. It is a two story home, with a mixture or modern and primitive design. A separate building set apart from it runs the affairs of the park and its infrequent tours to the public, but is strictly not a part of the household.
The bottom floor consists mostly of the Kitchens, the dining room, living room, and recreation room, as well as a library and a bedroom or two. The second floor contains the ten or so major bedrooms open for tiger use and a few bathrooms. A balcony wraps around the front of the second story, accessible through yet another large recreation room in the midst of the bedrooms.

A thicket like area in the midst of the Park, the only slightly cleared area in the forest than gives a view of the sky and rests near the river. Game trails, baely noticeable to anyone but those who are Streak, lead to this heavily hidden place that is sanctuary to tigers on the full moon. Here, the Streak gathers together before the Hunt, a group venture that promotes camraderie and a deeper relationship within the Streak.

They are the creatures of nightmares with their mixed genetics and interest in casual sex, dominance & submission, blood and torture. The Unseelie Court is ruled by fear, power and dominance, and is less formal than the Seelie Court.
